Randeep is Director and Head of Research & Development at Andersen LLP. He specialises in corporate innovation taxes for both UK and international businesses and groups, advising on the full spectrum of R&D tax issues, including:

  • The new Merged R&D scheme
  • The Enhanced R&D intensive support scheme for loss making SMEs
  • The old RDEC scheme
  • The SME R&D scheme
  • Patent Box claims

Randeep has been working with the ICAEW since 2012, sitting on their Business Tax Committee and R&D working group, and has been involved in the body’s response to eight of the last ten government consultations on R&D tax relief.
He has previously attended meetings with HMRC on behalf of the ICAEW in relation to improving the R&D scheme, and is involved with HMRC’s Research and Development Communication Forum to ensure that he is up to date with the latest in R&D tax issues.
