Oye is a tax associate on the corporate team at Andersen LLP. His client experience ranges from working with single stand-alone businesses to large multinational groups. He has assisted clients on a wide range of UK corporate tax matters, including:

• Corporation tax compliance and reporting
• Year-end tax provisioning for financial statements
• Partnership tax returns
• Assisting clients with HMRC tax enquiries
• Corporate interest restriction reporting

Oye is currently studying towards his final exams in order to become ACA qualified, having obtained a Master of Science in Finance and Management from Loughborough University.
