Musa is a Director at Andersen LLP.  His clients include listed property developers, OMBs and a hotel operating business on a complete range of UK corporate tax matters including:

  • Corporate acquisitions, disposals and mergers
  • Entity rationalisation
  • Software implementation
  • Cross border (TP, WHT, Hybrids, Treaties)
  • Dispute resolution with HMRC
  • Partnership tax
  • Tax compliance and reporting

After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser in practice, he spent 4 years working at a FTSE listed business before joining Andersen. He also featured in Taxation magazine as the first person to have completed the ICAEW CIOT joint programme and subsequently move into industry.
