Dorota is an Associate Director in the Private Client team at Andersen LLP, focusing on UK and US personal taxation for high-net-worth individuals, senior executives, international assignees and entrepreneurs. She has worked on various projects, providing a range of tax advisory and compliance services, including:

• Complex residence and domicile cases
• International assignments to and from the UK
• Pre-immigration tax planning and US expatriation
• Complex cross border tax issues, in particular the interaction between UK and US taxation
• Interpreting the UK and US tax treaty and mitigating the double taxation
• Assisting clients with HMRC investigations, IRS reviews and disclosures programs
• UK and US Federal and State personal income tax returns compliance

Prior to joining Andersen, Dorota worked for several years in the Global Mobility team and the Private Client team at PwC in the UK and spent two years in the Private Client team at PwC in Australia.
