When considering a new incentive arrangement, it is essential that you consider the full range of possible incentives in the context of your business and proposed strategy as well as what competitors are doing, to ensure that the plan you implement is fit for purpose and gives maximum value for money.
We can talk you through the range of plans which are available, the different tax treatments and the advantages and disadvantages of each to ensure that the plan you select is right for you. We can then advise on the appropriate structure and terms and conditions which should apply, overlaid with a clear commentary on market practice to produce a final structure which is optimal for all stakeholders.
We can then implement this for you or work alongside legal advisers to ensure that the commercial and tax considerations are accurately captured.
