Andersen welcomes Tax Investigations Partner Andrew Park to the Firm

Andersen in the UK is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Park, Tax Investigations Partner, to the Firm. Andrew will provide specialist advice in providing solutions to tax problems and resolving investigations and voluntary disclosures with HMRC.

Andrew is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. He handles all tax enquiries, including investigations conducted by HMRC under Code of Practice 8 and Code of Practice 9 – now referred to as the “Contractual Disclosure Facility”.

Andrew handles many large scale enquiries for a wide variety of different clients – from international structures involved in fund management or property investment to high net worth individuals, Trustees and Executors.

He has particular expertise in complex UK tax enquiries involving entities, parties and assets in multiple overseas jurisdictions.
